This character home was a very complex earthquake repair involving lifting the home and completely replacing the foundation and solid brick chimney. We were able to reuse many of the salvaged elements from the original home as well as adding new details to modernise and enhance its beauty. Now updated with a light-filled kitchen and dining addition looking out towards a large rhododendron tree which was an important tree for our clients to keep.
