We took on this project after another building company faced challenges completing it. Following our initial renovation, the 2011 earthquake caused significant damage, requiring additional restoration work. We also designed and built a large extension at the rear, seamlessly blending the property’s historic character with modern updates. This property has long been a pillar of Kirwee’s history. Originally crafted in 1915 by skilled artisans, this property has evolved alongside the township, beginning as a bakery, then serving as the iconic "Pony Lodge" for West Coast travellers, before becoming the community’s cherished General Store. Today, this rare gem stands proudly, meticulously maintained and updated to blend historical charm with modern luxury.
